We can undertake or arrange suitably qualified Accredited Practitioner (Fire Safety) – (APFS) to conduct an in-depth review and assessment of all installed Essential Fire Safety Measures.

Our passive fire inspection report outlines critical and non-critical defects and records all assets relevant to the passive fire protection systems identified on site.
CCS can advise on preventative maintenance plans to ensure works and contracts are carried out in accordance with applicable Australian Standards and the BCA requirements.
We can coordinate the process of works to ensure building owners meet their statutory requirements for Annual Fire Safety Statements including the following;

The NSW Building Regulations require the building owner(s) or their agent to:
Be engaged in the fire safety statement process, as they are ultimately responsible
Select an accredited practitioner (fire safety) who is accredited in Fire Safety Assessment (FSA) and appropriately qualified to undertake assessment of each fire safety measure (Part 9 Division 5 of the EP&A Reg.)
Ensure all fire safety measures are maintained in accordance with clause 182 of the EP&A Reg., and
Declare that each fire safety measure has been assessed by an appropriately qualified Accredited Practitioner (fire safety), then issue the fire safety statement accordingly.
